The course takes roughly 1 – 2 hours to complete. At the end of each main section the candidate will have the opportunity to be able to answer a series of summary questions aimed to allow learners to consolidate their knowledge. This is good practice for the examination which the candidate will complete at the end of the course. The examination is consisted of 20 multiple choice questions which cover each of the three sections. In order to pass the course, the candidate must score at least 15/30. If the candidate scores 14 points or less, they must repeat the course and examination until they score sufficiently. I recently completed the Level 2 course in Food Hygiene, Level 3 Supervisor course and the Level 2 Allergy Awareness course.
As a student I needed clear and concise courses that I could do whilst studying to gain qualifications for my CV. The courses were well priced, well written and fun! I even did them on my phone. I’d recommend this company to anyone who needs food hygiene training.

I’m a foster mum and wanted to learn more about Allergies. I have children arriving in the night and unfortunately a lot of the children suffer with allergies.
The training lessons were easy to follow and didn’t take long to complete. I loved the mini quizzes at the end of each lesson as they remind you of the most important facts.
I will feel more confident the next time a child arrives with allergies and will be recommending your courses to other foster mums and dads.
Thank you.

Just finished the Level 2 Food Hygiene Course. I already had a certificate that was three years old and thought it was time to update it.
I got through the course pretty quickly and was amazed how much of the basics I had forgotten.
Great for refreshing your training.

I had just started working in a pub and needed to take a Level 2 Food Hygiene Course. I have never done online training before and my computer knowledge was minimal. I found the website and course easy to use, very informative and passed with 97%.
I would definitely recommend this course and will be using Essential Food Hygiene in the future.
