5 reasons to choose an online course instead of classroom course

It’s cheaper

Classroom-based classes in St Helens are typically more costly than online courses because classroom courses incur extra overheads, like a tutor and a classroom. These overheads increase the cost of the courses, a cost that is passed onto you, the consumer. Furthermore, if you don’t pass a class-based course exam, you may be required to pay more to be retested. With our online courses, you’re able to re-do an exam as many times as you like, for no extra charge.

It’s more convenient and flexible

What could possibly be easier than doing a course in your own time, whether that be day or night? With our online courses you can do the learning and exam at a time that’s most convenient to you. It can be completed in small chunks or in one fell swoop. The choice is entirely yours. Classroom courses on the other hand need to be attended at a set time, in a particular venue in St Helens, which probably won’t be as easy to attend.

It’s safer

As we come out of a pandemic, and with Covid still looming, the nation has become accustomed to online education more than ever. Online food hygiene safety courses can be completed entirely from the comfort and safety of your home, while physical courses in St Helens naturally require going out and mingling with people you don’t know.

It’s more environmentally friendly

Travelling to a classroom-based food hygiene course in St Helens inevitably involves travelling via car or using public transport. The greenest course of all is one which doesn’t need any transport whatsoever – doing your course online.

You get all the benefits

With online courses, some people are concerned they will get stuck without someone to consult if they have a question. Our expert support team is always happy to help students. You can always call us up, or drop an email. Our team will gladly answer any questions you have. In addition, all our courses are fully accredited, so you will gain the same CPD points and a certificate as if it were a classroom-based course in St Helens.
