The course is great and informative. However, I’ve had multiple issues with the website being slow, pages not loading, and crashing. As well as this I’ve had to retake a few of my quizzes as it has skipped questions from me pressing the next button and the website skipping questions leaving them blank. Other than that I think the information is great value to someone new to the industry.

I like to review the content after a few weeks and have an ongoing reference and refresher document. Shame it doesnt have one included without having to print everything off. Have I missed something?
As many have said, does the job. However most people like to refresh at least in early stages.
Straight forward to follow through the sections but disappointing that there are some grammatical errors in the wording and lack of interactive learning. Automated audio is incomprehensible. Quiz questions with countdown timer provides unnecessary pressure. It is good to be able to go back & relook at the information once course completed.
Although the information provided was informative, the website pages were very slow to load.
Many of the quiz questions were not covered in the lessons. In the final exam one question was what does FIFO stand for? not mentioned anywhere and what has that got to do with food hygiene?
Be better off spending money elswhere.
Easy access and full benefits
Easy to navigate, although the AI speech was a little out with the punctuation, i did have to go back and read it after listening but the course was informative enough to follow.
Very easy to navigate through the sections. The final test being called ‘quiz’ like the other section quizzes was misleading as I didn’t realise that was the final test, rather just another topical quiz as the end of each section. But overall easy to pass.
This course is ok, will get you up to speed with food H&S but it has way too many grammatical and punctuation errors, comes off as very unprofessional. I had an error on every single section that was displayed at the top of the page – very embarrassing. The questions are way too easy, if any question has the option for ‘all of the above’ just pick it. And the timer is pointless. If you take 10 mins to answer 3 multiple choice questions, then I’m not sure what to tell you.
Online course was easy and simple to navigate. Voice readings were very helpful and interactive; and guided the learning process.
It’s very good to knowledge to food and health.
As someone who has done many e-learning courses I can say, yes this course got across a lot of information and made it easy to understand key points, helping me to pass the course and retain information – however I am a very visual learner and found the course very boring to get through.
But all in all it did the Job, and that’s the most important thing!

I read faster than the timer which is irritating but its not the worst thing.

Informative and straightforward. Easy to work through and digest and the mini quizzes were useful ahead of the actual quiz at the end.
Informative course but I’m not sure why you need the timer for marking when some of the steps can be read before the timer counts down.

As a charity that distributes food we were required to do this certification. It’s straightforward. The AI voice sounded awful and the website is slow to load and crashed a few times. For a simple compliance course it’s okay and does tick a box. The real issue with any of these things is making sure the volunteers we us comply with the law.
